Download the reimbursement form here, and email to driscollptotreasurer@gmail.com with receipt files attached, OR print and return with receipts to PTO mailbox in Main Office.

Tax Exempt Form

Driscoll PTO is a non-profit organization under the IRS code section 501c(3). We are exempt from paying Sales Tax. This is a 6.25% saving on our budget. Please download the form and use when purchasing for the school. You can keep it on your phone and show the vendor at time of purchase or provide them a print out.
