Ms. Reid, Ms. Reyelt, and the PTO are organizing games and activities in the cafeteria, and families will have the opportunity to head upstairs to the library to meet our new baby turtles.

On September 20, Emilie from Zoo New England delivered two Blanding’s hatchlings to Driscoll. A huge thank you to the entire community for giving them such an incredibly warm and fun welcome. Emilie said she had never seen anything like it - from the banner on the street, to principals in full turtle costumes, to hallways lined with turtle jokes and decorations, to seeing a school full of people decked out in green clothing and turtle crowns. We’ve started a website where we plan to post weekly updates and photos.
